Ming Wu
Ming is a certified Well-Being Coach and Meditation and Mindfulness Teacher committed to helping others live mindfully and meaningfully. She guides and supports those feeling lost or disconnected, to reconnect to their true selves so that they can live their most aligned and embodied life.
Ming has always been drawn to the spiritual life. She has always had a deep connection with nature, people, and the world. While she had been practicing meditation for many years, it wasn’t until she found the magic of mindfulness that she truly deepened her practice.
Having grown up in Singapore, and living in America, Australia, and Switzerland, Ming combines practices from East to West to make meditation and mindfulness accessible to people from a diversity of cultures and backgrounds.
Her teachings and offerings are grounded, compassionate, free-spirited, supportive and so full of love and wisdom. The way she lives her life is a true embodiment of what she teaches and believes. A lot of her offerings are rooted in the Plum Village tradition, under Zen master, Thich Nhat Hanh.
Ming offers 1:1 coaching mentorships, as well as a 6-week group program that focuses on beginning or deepening your meditation and mindfulness practice. She has recently launched a new program called “Nourish to Flourish” which is a 3-day home retreat all about slowing down, connecting within, and nourishing your mind, body, and soul.
Ming believes that when we cultivate peace and healing in oneself, it ripples out into everything else in our life - creating more peace and healing in others, and eventually creating that same peace & healing for the world.
