The Cleansing Waters Ritual.
A relaxing bath or shower to wash away the old and invite the new, creating space for growth and abundance.
Water has long been associated with cleansing and rejuvenation, both physically and emotionally. This tranquil bath or shower ritual is designed to help you let go of what no longer serves you and call in what does, all while enjoying a moment of self-care and relaxation.
Materials:
A bath or shower
Epsom salts or sea salt
Essential oils: Lavender, rosemary, and eucalyptus
A bundle of herbs: Sage, rosemary, and lavender
Crystals: Clear quartz, amethyst, and citrine
Candles (preferably white)
A small bowl of cold iced water
Instructions:
Prepare your bath or shower space by placing candles around the area, creating a calm and soothing atmosphere. If you're taking a bath, fill the tub with warm water and add Epsom salts or sea salt.
Add a few drops of lavender, rosemary, and eucalyptus essential oils to the water, infusing it with their healing properties. If taking a shower, place a few drops of the oils on the shower floor or on a wet washcloth.
Arrange the clear quartz, amethyst, and citrine crystals near the water, allowing their energies to infuse your space with clarity, tranquility, and abundance.
As the water runs or your bath fills, hold the herb bundle in your hands and set your intention to release what no longer serves you and welcome what does. When you feel ready, dip the herbs in the small bowl of water, and gently sprinkle the water over yourself.
Immerse yourself in the bath or shower, envisioning the water cleansing away old energies, habits, and patterns that you wish to release. Breathe deeply and imagine the water washing over you, dissolving these old energies and carrying them away.
As you continue to soak or shower, focus on calling in what you desire in your life. Envision the water infusing you with positive energy, attracting new opportunities, relationships, and growth.
When you feel ready, step out of the bath or shower, leaving the old energies behind. As you dry off, visualize yourself enveloped in a glowing aura of renewal and abundance.
Take a moment to thank the water and the elements for their support in this ritual, and blow out the candles.
Remember, letting go is an ongoing process. Stay open to change and embrace the new as it enters your life.
